About Blair Scott
Meet Blair
Blair has been a fitness instructor for the past five years and has been passionate about wellness from a young age. She was always active, growing up in Northern VA doing competitive dance, then moving to Charleston, SC, getting into group fitness and yoga, and then attending college in Southern California, where she led a run club and obtained her yoga certification.
In 2020, she completed her yoga training with Corepower Yoga and has been teaching power vinyasa, restorative yoga, and prayer yoga classes since then. She also received Mat Pilates training in 2021 from Equinox and now includes Pilates-inspired movements in her classes. She is fascinated by the strength and control aspect of Pilates and incorporates Pilates-inspired movements in all her classes to help clients feel strong and generate internal heat.
When she is not teaching, she enjoys the Charleston weather and beaches with her dog and husband. Blair also has a passion for music and incorporates it into her classes.
Blair can be booked for private group fitness classes and 1:1 sessions, or if you want to attend a group fitness class in Charleston, SC, Blair currently teaches at HYLO Fitness Mount Pleasant on Tuesday nights and Wednesdays mid-day and Freedom Studio in Mount Pleasant on Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays.
Blair is also a certified Health Expert with Primal Health Coaching and will be offering 1:1 Health Coaching in Late Summer 2025.
